Bienvenidos! Mi nombre es Caroline Flores, and I am the founder of Claridad Healing Services-a sacred space for mental wellness, spiritual healing, and reconnection to self. 

I am a proud Chicana, Army Veteran, and a survivor of complex PTSD. My lived experiences-marked by resilience, healing, and transformation-have shaped the heart and mission of this work. 

I have survived multiple attempts to end my life. Each time, I grew a deeper understanding of myself, commitment to live more fully, and to heal the pain that lived in my body and spirit, and to help others do the same. Claridad (clarity) is what I found outside of that darkness- clarity about who i am, why I'm here, y la medicina I carry. 

I have a background as a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I have a deep understanding of trauma, identity and the complexities of mental health. I began walking a spiritual path rooted in Curanderismo and Indigenous healing traditions. I am both a lifelong student and practitioner blending ancestral wisdom with modern mental wellness to create holistic, heart-centered offerings. 

I am now transitioning into coaching, healing workshops, and storytelling-creating spaces where people can explore their truth, connect with their spirit and celebrate their true self. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group healing experiences, or sharing my story on stage, my purpose remains the same: to help others reclaim their power, remember their wholeness, and know that healing is possible.
